Saang Phnom Pagoda is superbly situated in Saang Phnom Commune, 23 km from Takhmao or 34 km away from Phnom Penh. It can be accessed by the National Road No. 21.
This pagoda is situated at the top of the Saang Mount, surrounded by a big lake rich in fish and Rumchang and water lily flowers. It is immensely popular during traditional festivals and public holidays. During the rainy season, it offers fresh cool air.
