Breakfast buffet is served from 6.30am till 11am daily, with the extensive menu offering a range of Asian and Western options which changes on a 6 day cycle. The breakfast buffet is available for guests only and there is also a varied breakfast a la carte menu for visitors or guests who have not booked breakfast.

During the day, guests can choose from an extensive poolside menu that goes beyond the usual snack options. With choices such as Veal Meat Balls with Risotto Stuffing, Prawn Al Vino Blanco Salad, as well as old favourites such as pizzas or burgers, you may never want to leave the grounds of the hotel.
The same menu is also available at our unique rooftop bar. As well as offering spectacular views over the confluence of the Tonle Sap and Mekong rivers, our rooftop area is also home to our organic garden – the only one of its kind in Cambodia – supplying herbs and vegetables to the hotel kitchens and providing a lush and verdant setting for our guests to enjoy.
In the evening, Dun Sophol’s French fine dining or Royal Khmer Cuisine experiences are going to be a major hit on the Phnom Penh food scene. With a complex and sophisticated menu, Mealea is going to be a popular choice for both hotel guests and Phnom Penh residents. The French part of the menu features dishes such as Classic Black Risotto Served with Chestnut Braised with Fennel, Quail Supreme Confit, Quail Leg Wrapped in Spinach, and Parmesan Tuile, or Pan fried Marble Prime Beef Tenderloin, Basmati Rice Risotto with Coconut milk, and a Mild Curry Jus. While the Royal Khmer Cuisine menu has dishes such as Fresh pan-fried Sihanoukville scallops flavour-enhanced with Kampot young peppercorns picked straight from the vine and freshly crushed garlic, or Mekong river lobster swimming in lemongrass liquid with our farmed organic fresh herbs and lime juice. With choices like these, Chef Sophol has created a menu to rival any in Cambodia.
For special events, there are a number of special set menus available upon request.
Room service is available 24 hours per day with an in-room menu for guests. And there are also special wine and cocktail menus to suit every taste. The lobby also features a coffee corner.
